A POPULAR amateur dramatics group is making final preparations for its annual pantomime in Cheadle.
And Times and Echo readers are being given the chance to win a pair of tickets for the show.
Members of Cheadle Amateur Theatrical Society are staging Goldilocks and the Three Bears at Cheadle Academy Community Theatre from Wednesday, February 21 to Saturday 24.
Written by Victoria Wood and directed by Jake Allsop, the traditional show will feature a mixture of quirky characters, fabulous costumes and scenery, circus, magic tricks and jokes to make it ‘just right’.
Dame Pixie Locks (Andrew Farrington) and her children Curly the Clown (Ben Cleaver) and Goldilocks (Victoria Wood) run Goodies Circus which rolls up into Lil’ Cheydul on Lieu to entertain the townsfolk with their traditional family circus.
