Pensioner left outside for more than nine hours after fall
A pensioner who had a fall at her Moorlands home was left waiting out on her patio for an ambulance for more than nine hours. West Midlands Ambulance Service has apologised to Kathleen Vera Baker, aged 87 of Leek, after the nine hour wait for medical assistance after she had a fall.
