A Moorlands woman, who lost her uncle to Covid-19, has taken on an energetic challenge to raise funds for devices so that patients in hospital can keep in touch with their families. Emma Morris, who lives in Cheadle, lost her uncle Greg Hand to Covid-19 in January. She has set herself a challenge to run a total of 28 miles this month, all in a bid to raise funds, in her uncle’s memory, to purchase iPads for the Covid Ward at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.
