First week a success for Fairtrade
Fairtrade Fortnight runs from February 21 to March 6, and the first week has been a great success in Uttoxeter. The importance of buying Fairtrade has been publicised through displays across the town, including displays at The Globe Foundation Eco-Shop, Waitrose, Uttoxeter Library, and St Mary’s Church.

Online activities hailed a great success for Fairtrade Fortnight
VIRTUAL activities as part of Fairtrade Fortnight have been hailed a success by organisers. Instead of the usual activities which include coffee mornings and information stalls in supermarkets and other venues, all activities this year were online.

Online events to mark Fairtrade Fortnight
FAIRTRADE Fortnight has begun for 2021 with events in Uttoxeter moving online. Fairtrade Uttoxeter Steering Group at Uttoxeter Town Council are working together to promote Fairtrade across the town during the fortnight which was launched on Monday.
