First £5k for new eco centre
SUPPORTERS have raised almost £5,000 in aid of a new eco-centre in Uttoxeter. The Globe Foundation launched a crowdfunding appeal for the change to new premises in the town centre. And supporters have raised £4,860, just shy of the £5k target.

YOUNG people are being urged to complete a survey around new plans for a ‘vibrant community hub’ in Uttoxeter town centre. The Globe Foundation unveiled proposals for the new centre, which would occupy a three-storey building in the heart of the town, last month.

Globe Foundation expansion plan will see move to town
AMBITIOUS plans for a ‘vibrant community hub’ have been unveiled by Uttoxeter’s Globe Eco Centre. The proposals include an Eco Education Hub, Wellness Studio and Zero Waste Shop in the heart of the town.
