Overhanging hedges concern along busy road

Concern has been raised about an overhanging hedge on a pavement next to a busy highway. There is concern that anyone with a wheel chair or mobility scooter who is going along the pavement on Cheddleton Road, adjacent to the site of Leek Golf Club, has to go onto the main road due to how far the hedges growth is hanging over the pathway.
