Trustees needed for foodbank

A foodbank in the Moorlands is appealing for people to come forward to be enrolled as new trustees with three current core members set to step down in the near future. Cheadle And District Foodbank is looking for volunteers to fill its soon-to-be-vacant treasurer, stock manager and volunteer co-ordinator roles.

Thanks for supporting town’s foodbank

A supermarket and a dentist have both been thanked by a charity for their recent donations. Morrisons supermarket in Cheadle has been supporting Cheadle and District Foodbank from the beginning of the Covid-19 lockdown.
