East Staffordshire Borough Council and volunteers are celebrating after receiving a Green Flag Award for a park in Uttoxeter. Bramshall Road Park has been awarded the status along with Stapenhill Gardens in Burton. The award is an international quality mark for parks and green spaces.

Queen’s Baton Relay visits East Staffordshire
A special ‘royal’ relay has come through East Staffordshire on it’s way to this year’s Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. With the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games tarting this week, Staffordshire played host to the iconic Queen’s Baton Relay last week.
