A DOG lover's year-long effort culminates in donation to shelters.
A BLYTHE BRIDGE woman has cemented her role as a real-life ‘Santa Paws’ by making a string of donations to popular dog shelters in time for Christmas.
Kind-hearted Amanda Bithell was inspired to help abandoned pooches after rescuing her Border Collie cross, Snoop, from a centre five years ago.
She has been raising funds ever since and last week delivered a van load of food and treats to four shelters which aim to find new homes for unwanted dogs.
