VOLUNTEERS are using a nationwide campaign to highlight the need for new recruits at a popular community hub.
The village hall has been at the centre of life for residents in Kingsley for several decades.
But committee chairman Martyn Hordern says the organising committee has been forced to operate without a secretary for two years and is in desperate need of fresh blood.
He’s hoping the first-ever national Village Halls Week, which starts on Monday, will help encourage villagers to come forward.
