Nigel Clarke has served the Cheadle community in this role for over 25 years, and is a popular and much respected member of the team.
Paul Farrell, Geographic & Specialist Service Lead for Alliance Environmental Services, has recently presented a Long Service Voucher to Nigel for his long-serving contribution.
Cheadle Town Clerk Dave Mullington said: “Nigel is a passionate and loyal Cheadle resident, so for him to be able to work within his own community for all those years is fantastic.
“He remains a big part of the team responsible for maintaining the recreation grounds and cemetery, and he has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in this field.
“Nigel fully deserves this recognition, and continues to provide a valuable contribution to the town.”
