CAMPAIGNERS are demanding the firm behind a major new development in Cresswell is made to stick to its promises over a road improvement scheme.
Outline permission to build 168 houses and expand industrial space at Blythe Park was granted in 2015.
Developers MJ Barrett Constructions have now applied to erect commercial premises along with a new access and roundabout at the site entrance in Sandon Road as part of the first phase of the project.
But members of an action group which has been fighting the scheme claim plans to improve the nearby road network fall well short of the original proposal.
