EXCAVATOR giants JCB have already taken on more than 100 new staff – just days after announcing a major recruitment drive.
The company put as many as 600 jobs up for grabs at the end of last week in a bid to meet record demand.

The firm announced plans to recruit 200 new production line workers – including welders, paint sprayers and assemblers – straight away and said a further 400 staff will be required within 12 weeks to boost production.
