CHEADLE BIDS FAREWELL TO ITS PARISH PRIEST
CHEADLE has bid farewell to its parish priest with a special service followed by a bring and share lunch.
The Revd James Rosie, Rector of Cheadle with Freehay, conducted his final service at St Giles the Abbot Church on Sunday, September 17.
His congregation turned out in force to give their best wishes to Revd Rosie as he prepared to move to a new role as Team Vicar of Dereham, in Norwich, next week.
