A serving Staffordshire councillor has been charged following an investigation into alleged fraud by Staffordshire Police.
Julie Bull, aged 52 from Kingsley, a serving district councillor for Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, was charged with fraud today (Tuesday 23rd April) by failing to disclose information at a planning committee meeting in May 2016 of a pecuniary interest in land in Cheadle.
She will appear before North Staffordshire Magistrates Court on May 14.
