BRAVE JACOB JOINS NATIONAL CAMPAIGN FOR HOSPITAL
LOCAL YOUNGSTER TEAMS UP WITH MATALAN TO RAISE FUNDS
A YOUNGSTER who twice battled cancer has teamed up with a major high street chain to raise funds for the hospital where he was treated.
Nine-year-old Jacob Brindley, from Cauldon Lowe, took part in a photo shoot for Matalan, featuring model Daisy Lowe, X-Factor winner Louisa Johnson and Made in Chelsea’s Oliver Proudlock, as part of the #GetSpotted campaign.
The group wore specially designed spotty pyjamas which were launched this week, with every penny of profit from the range being donated to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
